HIX1800

The HIX1800 Heat Index Monitor has a large, bright red display that's easily visible from 50 ft. distances.

Now it's easy to tell if your students or employees or pets are within a safe environment relative to the combined temperature and humidity, aka heat index.

As global warming continues to accelerate, knowing the heat index of your environment is becoming more critical by the year. Helps prevent heat exhaustion and potentially deadly consequences.

The HIX1800 is powered via a USB output wall or vehicle power adaptors with a 1 amp or greater output. A wall adaptor included. It includes a 5 vdc alarm output to drive a warning device (siren, bell etc.) of your choice.
