We have the right to cancel any orders. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any cancellations.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Floorsupplies.net LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Floorsupplies.net LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. You will only be charged for the items that have shipped. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Price:
All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout. You are responsible to pay and/ or report taxes if necessary.

We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.

Order Cancellation: 
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, email sales@floorsupplies.net for assistance.  You have 30 minutes from order submission to cancel an order. After that time, we cannot cancel the order without a 5% cancellation fee.

Payment Policy:
We accept the following methods of payment: Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card), Money Order, and Company Checks. We prefer payment by major credit cards for security reasons. 

Fraud Risk Prevention: This site uses Feedzai’s risk and fraud algorithms to determine composite topline risk scores for each incoming transaction. Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We currently ship all over the United States and some International Countries. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart, and may vary according to the number and/or weight of items purchased, carrier used, and destination of order and method of shipping.

Delivery to Canada and International Countries

We fulfill Canadian and International orders online and offer both USPS Priority Mail and Fedex shipping methods. A shipping quote for your order can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout. You will be responsible for brokerage fees and customs fees upon receipt. Additional lead times may apply. Please contact us if you need assistance with a freight quote. Please note: Some products cannot be delivered to your Country. You will be notified by email.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, usually within 48 hours of payment authorization. Orders paid by eChecks will ship within 2 business days after payment has cleared. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped once the item(s) is located in stock and payment has been received, charged and verified. Shipping transit times shown on the website are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping carrier transit delays are matters that are beyond our control. If you need an item shipped by a certain date, please email us at sales@floorsupplies.net.

If you are missing any items or pieces from your order, please send an email to sales@floorsupplies.net within 2 business days of delivery of your package. For defective or missing pieces in a sealed box set, you may contact the manufacturer for assistance. Any claims sent after 2 business days after receiving shipment will not be honored.

All orders are shipped using the follow carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and UPS.

Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address provided by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and accurate. We do not ship to PO Boxes ,FPO ,APO or DPO. Address will be defaulted back to and shipped to the billing address. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. We may ask you to sign a legal note for claims. We take this seriously due to fraud. 

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed with incorrect information or price due to typographical errors, we have the right to cancel any orders as a result. If your credit card or PayPal has been charged for the purchase, Floorsupplies.net LLC will immediately issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Backorder Policy:
Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours; same day if the order is received by 3 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after this cutoff time may be shipped the following business day. If your order includes an item that is a preorder, backordered or not in stock, your order will be held until all items are in stock.

Partial Shipping: Partial shipments are available by contacting sales@floorsupplies.net. At your request, all in stock items can be shipped immediately and backordered items will be shipped when available.

 Other Products Information

1. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. This means that your order is put into a queue and processed in that order to insure that it is fair to all of our customers to receive there orders in a timely manner.

2. If your choose priority mail, overnight shipping, next day air, or any other expedited shipped process your order will still be in the queue until it is processed by our shipping dept. Orders are processed as fast as possible to ensure a timely shipment.

3. All wood flooring is shipped using standard ground services. Extra services such as declared values, extra insurances are available upon request for an extra charge.

4. Most items are in stock at the time of your order, but in some occasions we run out of stock and that will delay your shipping times. Applies for expedited shipping as well.

5. Shipping charges may be changed at any time to comply with the current shipping rates.

6. Most oil based floor finishes can only be shipped ground to comply with the postal regulations. 

7. Due to the high demand and the time it takes to receive sanding machines from our vendors, all sanding equipment may take three to six weeks for processing and delivery.  Please note that all sanding equipment is non-refundable and non - returnable. It the order is cancelled during the order process a 20% restocking fee will apply. All sanding equipment is covered under the manufacture warrantee.

8. Under no circumstances will Floorsupplies.net be held responsible for the scheduling of your projects, jobs and or projected delivery dates of our products to fulfill your project deadlines.

Floor Supplies.Net LLC strives to provide accurate prices and product descriptions. However, prices and quantities may change without notice. Floor Supplies.Net LLC reserves the right to limit orders based on out of stock situations, pricing and description errors.

Orders received by Floor Supplies.Net LLC are not consider final until order has been manually verified for accuracy. Floor Supplies.Net LLC is not liable for pricing errors that are a result of data synchronization problems, database corruption, malicious activity or any other cause that results in inaccurate "fair-market" value pricing.

Please note to protect our customers and to cut back on credit card fraud and chargeback’s all orders over $200.00 must be verified by phone and the CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM  form must be signed and returned before orders can be processed.

Payment and Credit Terms.

Floorsupplies.net LLC accepts cash, company checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For customers with established Floorsupplies.net LLC credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick‑up. All credit extended by Floorsupplies.net LLC to customer, and the limits of such credit, is at Floorsupplies.net LLC sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by Floorsupplies.net LLC at any time, for any reason. Floorsupplies.net LLC reserves the right to charge a convenience fee for late payments. Floorsupplies.net LLC further reserves the right to charge customer a late payment fee at the rate of one and one‑half percent (1‑1/2%) of the amount due for each month or portion thereof that the amount due remains unpaid, or such lesser amount as may be permitted under applicable law. Anticipation and cash discounts are not allowed. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Floorsupplies.net LLC shall have the right of set‑off and deduction for any sums owed by customer to Floorsupplies.net LLC.

If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days of shipment or pick‑up, or fails to comply with Floorsupplies.net LLC credit terms, or fails to supply adequate assurance of full performance to Floorsupplies.net LLC within a reasonable time after requested by Floorsupplies.net LLC (such time as specified in Floorsupplies.net LLC request), Floorsupplies.net LLC may defer shipments until such payment or compliance is made, require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owed, elect to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and any and all other associated costs of collection), and/or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order.

Customer agrees to assume responsibility for, and customer hereby unconditionally guarantees payment of, as provided herein, all purchases made by customer, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Each of customer’s subsidiaries and affiliates purchasing from Floorsupplies.net LLC 
will be jointly and severally liable for purchases with customer, and customer is also acting as agent for such subsidiaries and affiliates.

Security Interest.
Customer hereby grants to Floorsupplies.net LLC a first priority purchase money security interest and/or chattel mortgage in the products and any accounts receivable or cash from resale thereof until full payment is made to Floorsupplies.net LLC. Customer agrees to file, and it permits and authorizes Floorsupplies.net LLC to file, any financing statements or other appropriate documents with its governmental authorities to perfect the validity, priority, and enforceability of Floorsupplies.net LLC lien or security interest.

Credit Balance. 
Customer agrees that any credit balance(s) issued by Floorsupplies.net LLC will be applied to customer’s account within one (1) year of its issuance. 
IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT APPLIED FOR OR REQUESTED THE CREDIT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE(S) WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, AND Floorsupplies.net LLC SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.

Floorsupplies.net LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

All items are sold for domestic consumption in the United States.

If exported, purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with US export controls.

30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged).

Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.

Returned items must be in the original packaging.

All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Floorsupplies.net LLC Customer Service Department at 561-320-7425. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm eastern time.

You may also use our automatic returns systems by logging into your account, under completed orders.

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.

Returns received at Floorsupplies.net LLC without a RA number may be assessed a 20% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

No Third Party Benefit.

The provisions stated herein are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, and confer no rights, benefits or claims upon any person or entity not a party hereto.

Waiver, Choice of Law and Venue.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK
If you pay by credit card and the credit card company initiates a chargeback, you agree to pay a cost recovery fee of $30 if the chargeback claim is false. A chargeback claim is false if

   (2) the chargeback claim states that you did not receive an item in your order, but we provide documentation, such as a tracking number, showing that the item was delivered to the shipping address on the order;

   (3) the chargeback claim states that you canceled an order, but you are unable to provide a cancelation number;

   (4) the chargeback claim states that you did not receive an item in your order, the item is a special order or custom item as shown on the product description page, and the chargeback process commences before the total time required for product lead time and shipping transit time;

   (5) the chargeback claim states that there was a problem with your order, such as non-delivery, defective item, damaged item, item not as described or any other problem, and you did not contact us to resolve the problem before the chargeback process commences;

   (6) the chargeback claim was started sooner than 25 business days from an order cancelation or receipt of a returned item;

   (7) the chargeback claim was started for a refund that was already issued;

   (8) the chargeback claim was started 30 days or more after your receipt of a defective product covered by a manufacturer warranty;

   (9) the chargeback claim was started before contacting customer service and waiting for their reply to resolve any problem, to cancel the order, or to request a refund.;

You agree to pay for any additional costs associated with a false chargeback claim, such as shipping charges by the carrier to hold or return the order and the actual cost of shipping charges, which may be more than the discounted charges on the order. The recovery fee and additional costs are added to your account balance and are due within 30 days of the posted date. You agree to pay for any costs we incur to obtain payment from you, including but not limited to collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs.
